RFID cards readers for registering players

Hello guys,
does anybody use RFID cards (with chip embodied in the card) to register players?
And if so, which clock do you use?

We have a system in the UK that uses magnetic swipe cards in the majority of casinos, utilising CardroomMAGIC system.
