Can I stop the tournament?

It was FT, 8 players left. 1st prize €100.000....
7 Italians and 1 stranger. It was obvious that they are a friends and play against him. During the break they talked about strategy and so on...
Stranger was not satisfied with them and us.

Can we stop the tournament in this situation and make a new pay out (chip chop or ICM)?
