Suggestions for tournament structure to finish in 7 hours

The following question was received regarding ideas for structuring a limit Omaha tournament. All replies and discussion are welcome:

do you have or know of a blind structure for a limit omaha tournament that start with around 10000 in starting chips or what is needed to get a 70 player tourny done in about 7 hrs , buy-in will be around $125

We use this for our Omaha tournament.  We give 12k chips and use 25 minute levels and it usually lasts 10 hrs.
If you were to go with 10k chips and 20m levels, I would guess it would last in the 7 hour range you're looking for.
