Update notes :

* (word file) Added a list system for numbering with multiple level (Main level is Number, 1st sublevel is Capital letters, 2nd sublevel is number). This will be more handy for next version for new rules
* Made a few orthographic and grammar fixes
* Made some clarity adjustments
* The use of French terms is now more frequent
