For me it's obvious that if all my two rules ( "my" means in my last post ) are respected, a new player can enter at button !
The TDA allows that !
( Hope I well understand all you say )
Because being at button for a player twice is a large advantage on his opponents and it's not possible !
Are we playing a win the button tourney ?? AhAh
