TDA Rule 56 related topic:

Deep into the hand (or anywhere really), Player A makes a bet that has not yet been called. His hand is then fouled by actions of another. Example: Player B discards his cards and they are mixed with A's hand, etc…. because A's hand is dead, is he entitled to return of his uncalled bet just as if the dealer had killed his hand?

What if he’s made the bet and one or more of his downcards is exposed by the actions of another (or the dealer), but the cards are still 100% identifiable. Can he retrieve the uncalled bet or must the bet stand and he play with the handicap of exposed card(s)? This situation is partially the subject of the following thread: http://www.pokertda.com/forum/index.php?topic=1016.msg8925#msg8925
