Title: Running twice
Post by: alex on August 06, 2013, 05:04:06 AM
Hi all, had this situation last night on a 5$/10$ NL t-Holdem table.  2 players head up both all in pre-flop,the dealer deal the flop then the turn, this is when both players ask the dealer to run twice the river card.
1-should the running twice agreement be discussed on the spot whenever the players r all in, preflop ,turn or river (in this situation preflop),and before any further community are dealt.  Ty

Hi Alex,

My guess is; as long as it's agreeable to both players, it's okay. I'm sure there are situations, when two players remain, that could raise issues about collusion.  However, in your example, both players are all-in pre-flop. Short answer; As long as only two players are involved, and it's a cash game, and they both agree...why not.

It's always good when a couple of our respected members agree with me. It doesn't happen too often, does it?  ;D  Not much to talk about over the last few weeks. I guess we're all waiting for the new rules to surface.
