 I guess everyone likes my suggestions for changes to rules #5, #9, #29 and #31. I am really surprised that I got no reply to my suggested changes for Rule #29. No critics, even....Wow.

I don't think that you and I agreed on #31 after all was said and done.    :'(  I got the feeling that the thread fell off at a point that made it clear the issue should go to the summit though.  ???

I haven't taken time to look hard at the others.....yet.... ;D

Jasper Too,
 We may have some differing opinions about Rule #31, but I'll stand behind you if we can make it better. I look forward to your response on the suggestions that I have for Rule #5, #9, and #29. I'm trying to get some of our new members involved in these discussions. You certainly don't have to agree with what we write. We want to hear from all of you.
