Version 1.0 of the 2022 TDA Rules, Recommended Procedures, and Illustration Addendum is now available via Dropbox at this link:

Three variations are available, each in both Word DOCX and PDF formats:

Longform with all rules, procedures, and illustration addendum.
Longform redlines with the above including bold red italics indicating changes from 2019

In RP-5 D, it says "See RP-17, reshuffling", but there is nothing about reshuffling in RP-17 or RPs before and after it.
