Hello mrbutler88,

Blind levels are all 30 minutes

Day 1 will finish at level 13
Day 2 will play out to 9 players

Day 1
Lvl    SB    BB   Ante
1   100   100   100
2   100   200   200
3   200   300   300
4   200   400   400
5   300   500   500
               Break

I assume the starting stack is something around 30K regarding the information you gave.

Here you can start with a 100/100 level with no ante.
It allows you to not reducing the players stack in BB amount for the first hour.
Level would 2 be 100/100/100.

You could also remove your actual level 5.
You can raise the BB amount by 50% at this stage of the tournament.

However, 2 hours and 30 minutes without break might be a bit too much. Most of the time, 2 hours play between breaks is the maximum.

Quote

6   300   600   600
7   400   800   800
8   500   1000   1000
9   600   1200   1200
Break - Remove 100 chips
10   1000    1500  1500

Starting with 100/100 and 2 hours play allows you to send players on break at the end of level 8. (which the same one if you started 100/100 and removed level 5)

Then you have 2 more levels. Since you had already 10 levels and 2 breaks, at this stage, tournament is already 5h40 hours long (20 mn breaks). So you can send your players and dealers on Diner break during which players can still register. You also have
more time to remove your 100 chips.

It allows you to have 800/1600/1600 on level 10

Quote
14   2000    4000  4000
15   3000    5000  5000
16   3000    6000  6000
17   4000    8000  8000
18   5000    10000 10000
19   6000   12000 12000
Break - Remove 1k chips
20   10000  15000  15000
21   10000  20000  20000

Again, with 2 hours play you can have

14   2000    4000  4000
15   3000    5000  5000
16   3000    6000  6000
17   4000    8000  8000
Break
18   5000    10000 10000
19   6000   12000 12000
20   8000   16000 16000
21   10000  20000  20000
Break - Remove 1k chips

The end of the structure seems to be fine.

Cheers
