Tournament
Blind level 200/400 ant 400
BB have 400 What's your priority? Ante or BB?

Hello Big Al,

For now there is no clear rule about this.
However, most of the tournament gives priority to fill the Big Blind first at the point there could be be no ante. That allows the player to play for their chips instead of the ante only.

WPT do the opposite. They give priority to fill the ante and the remaining goes to the Big Blind.

Planet Hollywood fills the big blind first, gives the opportunity to the player for more than their own ante (as Boris said).
