Maybe I'm crazy but I think he got one wrong?
I always check Matt Savages tweets because I like to read all the scenarios people ask him.
Here is a recent one:
@SavagePoker 1/2 NL plyr A raises to $20 plyr B reraises to $60 plyr C goes all in for $85 can plyr A raise or just call?
Matt replies with :
@CraigBBoston only call
Player A got "legally" raised by player B. Player A definitely has the option to raise here right??
If A flat calls the 85, then player B may not raise and only has the option to call the 85 or fold.
Please tell me I'm right, because if I'm not I may be going crazy

You are correct, I think Savage thought Player A was the second raiser.
