Title: 2015 Rules Version 1.0 recommendation regarding "See also Rule #"

I recommend that the "See also Rule #" be changed to include the rule title.  So, for example, instead of (See also Rules 2 & 42) I would prefer See also: #2: Player Responsibilities and #42: Methods of Raising.  This makes reading much easier as titles are more descriptive and easier to remember than are numbers.

Seconded.  At least for the "longform" version.
