Title: #40 Action Out of Turn - Illustration Addendum 2015 Rules Version 1.0

The addendum for Rule 40-B should quote the new 2015 version of the rule instead of the old 2013 rule.

"A player skipped by OOT action must defend his right to act. If there is reasonable time and the skipped player does not speak up before substantial action (Rule 35) OOT occurs to his left, the OOT action is binding. The floor will rule on how to treat the skipped hand."

Bill: nice catch, will make that change in any subsequent version. Fortunately there's no practical impact as the 2015 Rule says the same thing as 2013, just in fewer words. Thanks and keep the edit ideas coming.
