Title: Incorrect bets again; silent shove thought to be underbet is really an overbet

At what point AND UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES might an un-recognized over-call by a silent all-in shove result in backing up the action / re-dealing cards, etc.... and at what point does the mistake stand.
