The 2011 TDA Summit will be held in a meeting room at the Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Check with hotel staff for the exact meeting room number. To reach the room, from the main casino floor take the walkway towards the World Series of Poker.

10:00-10:30am: Registration.
10:30-5:00pm
A: Introduction of Host & Sponsors
B: Review & Discussion of Current TDA Rules
C: Discussion and Voting on Proposed New Rules
AM , Lunch, and PM Breaks
5:00pm: Day One Adjourns
7:00pm: Directors Tournament at the World Series of Poker (optional. Buy-in $125)
DAY 2: June 30th
10:00am: Meeting Called to Order
10:00-2:00pm:
A: Discussion of Notable Procedures & Rulings
B: Final Review & Discussion of Outstanding Rules Issues
C: Final Voting
2:00pm: Wrap Up of Any Non-Rules Business, Summit Photographs

I think someone suggested this already on twitter, but since I won't be able to make it to the summit, is there any chance of it being taped, or broadcast over the web or made into a podcast?
Barts: undoubtedly that will happen at the next Summit (2012 - 13 ?). This year at least the powerpoint will be available on the net. It will be posted shortly.
Three Agenda modifications as of today:
Day One adjournment will be 5:30
Day Two adjournment will be 2:00 to 3:00 depending on remaining business
Buy-in for the optional TDA tournament at the World Series of Poker is $135 not 125. TDA Founding Member Dave Lamb will be directing that tournament.
A reminder that registration will start promptly at 10:00am on June 29th, and the Summit will be called to order at 10:30. The meeting room is further down the WSOP corridor than it was in 2009.... if you bear to the right at the WSOP rotunda and then to the left, go past the Poker Kitchen and take the first corridor going right.... it's several meeting rooms down on the left. You will see the registration tables outside the meeting room.
