Did I understand correctly the UNDERCALL with no verbal declaration:
1) Check + Open bet + Fold + Call + Undercall > THE UNDERCALL MUST BE COMPLETED
(because here we only face the open bet, even after the first call that changes nothing right?)
2) Check + Open bet + Fold + Raise + Undercall > THE UNDERCALL CAN BE COMPLETED OR FORFEIT
(because here we don't face only the open bet but multiple bets right?)
3) Big Blind + Fold + Raise + Undercall > THE UNDERCALL CAN BE COMPLETED OR FORFEIT
(because the Big Blind is actually an Open bet right?)
Conclusion (if I'm right) : The most numerous cases oblige to complete the Undercall.
Finally only the raises can give the choice to forfeit the Undercall.

I agree with your #1
However, #2 and #3 are debatable if you ask me. I am not in favor of any "silent" raise. My dealers are trained to announce a raise immediately if the raising player is silent. There are times during rapid betting action when a player is not aware of a raise in front of him.
I understand that we must always wait for action in front of us to be completed before we act but why would a raising player be silent?
Think about this situation. When you raise, you want your opponent to know that you have raised, correct?
The only reason for a silent raise, in my opinion, would be to take advantage of the next player who had no intention of calling a raise.
Every situation is different, but I can't remember the last time I played in a game with a silent raise.
Players, make your intentions clear!

Guillaume - yes what you are correct with your 3 examples
Nick - while I am a huge fan of all of the Player's Responsibilities - especially making your intentions clear, silently betting doesn't necessarily mean they are trying to angle. A lot of people don't like to speak when they are betting or in the hand in general - as they don't want to give off any information. Speaking is only necessary when the chips you are putting out don't match what you want to bet: betting 2k using a 5k chip.
This is how I have it written simplified:
An undercall is a mandatory full call when facing any bet heads up, or the opening bet in a betting round.
(The big blind is the opening bet preflop)
A bets 800, B calls 800, C says or puts out 500 (has not said call)
C must call the full 800, because 800 was the opening bet
In other situations, TD may decide the undercaller may forfeit the undercall amount and fold, or complete the call
A bets 200, B raises to 600, C calls 600, D says or puts out 200 (has not said call)
D would have the option to either fold and forfeit the 200, or complete the call of 600
If several undercalls happen in a row, play backs up to the first undercaller, who must correct their bet. The TD will decide how to treat the hands of the other undercallers, based on the circumstances
