Title: 2-7 triple draw

Hi all!

In a 2-7 when a player ask to change 3 cards, and the dealer has only 1 left in his hand, whats is the correct to do ?

1- give the last card, reshuffle and give the last 2 ?
2- reshuffle and give all 3 cards together ?

If the dealer only has the last card on the deck left, that card may never be dealt so you'd reshuffle and give all 3 cards together.  If the dealer had 2 cards left he would give one card, shuffle the bottom card of the deck with the previously mucked cards and then give two more.
