This probably isn't exactly what you're looking for but about 10 years ago I created a simple CD that was very effective with all of my students. I called it "The Nuts" It consisted of approximately 30 hands.The CD was accompanied by a written sheet that listed the best possible "holding" after the flop, turn, and river. Each hand would consist of three images.
I used the same CD for Hold'em...Omaha and Omaha High-Low. I've been using it ever since. I was surprised at how useful it has been as an instructional gauge when it came to a students understanding of the difference between each game.
