Frank: A google search didn't turn up much, but a couple of examples. One where each player got a single chip starting stack (value doesn't really matter). As the title says, you either go all in or fold. There is only one Big Blind in that example and that player of course is "all-in". Starting object is to win a pot or two before the blind comes around to you so you have a little choice at least. Pretty much a total crap shoot.
In the other example there were two blinds, 100 and 100. Players started with 10K starting chips. In this structure which isn't anywhere near as much of a crap shoot as the other one, you at least can stand to fold a blind or two. Playing strategy is different and again, there are a couple items in the google search that discuss that also.
I believe the WPT had an AIOF event, maybe you can find something on their web site. Sorry I don't have any idea where or when that event was held.
