When can we expect 2013 Version 2.0?
« on: October 01, 2013, 12:35:20 PM »
When will 2013 Version 2.0 be drafted? and when will we be able to re-take our certification for the TDA?

It can be taken at any time and is good for the longer of two years or until a new rules set comes out. So, assume there's 2015 TDA Rules released July 2015 and someone takes the exam and passes today (October 2013), the certification will remain good until October 2015 not July 2015, so you get at least two full years under the certification.

Version 2.0 and the exam update will probably be early November at this point.

Okay, Mike...I guess a better question would be: will today's test be based on the current TDA 2013 Version 1.0 ? Or The 2011 Version 2.0 ?

Will the First Card Off rule be tested?

One other thing...on a less serious note. This is my 2000th post on this Forum...When will I get my forth star? ;D I suggested this to Dave Lamb long ago. How is Dave, anyway? He liked the idea, at the time and told me to contact you. I felt that the active members that had 300 or more posts, K-Lo, Stuart, Chet, Tristan... were certainly worthy of a forth star. If not, what are they for? And furthermore, I am resentful that there are non-participants, on this Forum that rank higher than me on a pay scale!!! ::)

Frankly, I also do not understand how any board member, can not find the time to...well...say hello and let us know that they are still alive.

This is a bit sarcastic...and I know that. I don't know how else to provoke some kind of a response, from our totally absent BOD! Excluding you Mike, of course.
