Came across a good video. Not only is it entertaining, it clearly shows the dealer pushing Hellmuths bet and Lederer's initial bets (4500 each) into the pot, isolating the raise. Notice Phil's mention to the dealer. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aOZTkDUrq5Y
