I agree with the principle of that Brian, especially since a game like 2-100 spread is really designed to be similar to no-limit. 

Unfortunately, spread limit gets lumped in with fixed limit as far as most rules go.  I suppose that is because there are spread games like 2-10 spread or 4-20 and limit rules fit games like that better.

I like comparing the no limit to limit rules. I guess we could also consider changing the no limit to the more simplified [50%] rules for limit. I also like the idea of having a limit on the number of raises. The rules for limit are easy...the problems begin with no limit.
