At showdown player A and B show ther hand then player C grab the hole card
of player A and B. the floor ask player C to hand over the cards then he
ask the player involved about there hand and the floor put the hand face up
then the dealer award the pot to the winning hand... is it fair ruling?

markmajic,
What the hell kind of poker game is it? Player C grabs the cards of the other 2 players and doesn't want to give them back? First of all, if the cards were tabled properly before Player C grabbed them, the winning hand should have been identified, so awarding the pot to the proper player is easy enough. However, if the cards were taken-in by Player C before they were properly tabled, you could have a real problem. One thing for sure, there's no way Player C would get any part of the pot! Not welcoming him back for a while (vacation time, a long one), might be a good idea, too.

These are some crazy situations... are they for real???!! lol
Here's one for you Nick:
At showdown, player A tables his hand. Player B is very angry and has been berating player A for being an obnoxious p**** for hours. In a fit of anger, Player B proceeds to grab the end of the table and flips it over, sending cards and chips all across the floor. The dealer and players are having difficulty reconstructing the pot and hands, as well as chip stacks. Your ruling?
Excuse the humor (which is probably not that funny) -- it's Monday and I've just had a coffee.

Me thinks it may be time to apply some logic from Days long gone Bye.
Nick and I may be the only ones old enuf to remember the days when miscreants like this would be "taken out back" and given a shovel. Then told to dig three holes, each of which should be 3' wide x 6' long and 6' deep.
The question always is asked, "Why Three Holes?"
Scroll Down for the answer.
"One is for You. The others are in case anyone else happens by."

MarkMagic,
Yes it was a fair ruling, albeit a bizarre situation, Player C would be ejected and barred for such behaviour anywhere I run or play.
K-Lo,
I've had this happen once in a tournament, albeit slightly different circumstances, where a table was accidentally 'coped' for want of a better word. The end result was there was some disagreement towards who had what and where, There's not much we can do except calm things down and get the players to agree what they had, if no decision can be agreed then we need to decide for them, in a cash game the dealer should have a very good idea of how their tray was rowed, so that should be reconstructed first if it has been mingled with players chips, hopefully a camera will be covering the table in order to aid in the distribution of chips.
I would also issue a new deck and colour to that table to maintain some integrity.

You guys are the best. :0
Maybe we should start a new thread just for fun, on the strangest tournament ruling situations we've encountered...

Gentlemen,
Unfortunetely I have been in more than my share of situations similar to what K-Lo describes. The nice feature of being in a casino was having security at our disposal. Escorting the player out of the building was not one of the mechanical skills I learned when training to be a poker dealer.
I agree with Stuart when he says the player would be ejected and barred for such behavior. Chet's response might have been a bit extreme
, but not too far off the treatment he might have received in some of the house games I used to deal in! I do remember the look of terror on the face of a player that was 86'ed from a Las Vegas Casino by 2 security guards after he knocked a player out of his seat and threw the cards in the dealers face. One security guard had his feet, and the other had him by one arm and his head! True story...when I saw them they were coming off the elevator heading toward the parking garage. I don't know what they did to him on the elevator but he was screaming for help! Never did see him again.
