Title: cash game tournament rules

hello,
I want to organize a cash game tournament, any idea?
i'm thinking:
minutes levels 30
start from blind 50/50 cents than 50/1 than  1/2  than 2/4 and last2/4 wit ante 50 cents
any suggestions for some  rules as missing blinds etc.
