What is the purpose of this rule, what caused it to be necessary?
Also, in the example, does player B not actually make a 2nd raise? (since the raise amount is 800, added to the bet by player A of 1200)  or am I wrong on the allowable raise amount for player B; does this rule simply force the player to verbally state the two chips are the raise?]]></description>
